UGC creator education

You don’t need followers. You need footage that sells.

We’re working UGC creators who learned this job the slow way — by guessing. Homegrown is everything we wish someone had told us on day one, taught by people who still get booked.

Our story

It started at a kitchen table.

  1. A creator holding a serum up to her phone by a sunny window

One phone, one window, one brand

Our first paid video was shot on a three-year-old phone propped against a fruit bowl. No following, no studio — just a product, good light from the window and a brand that needed ads that didn’t look like ads. That’s when it clicked: brands don’t pay for your audience. They pay for footage that sells.

  2. A creator editing a vertical video on her phone at a café table

Then the same questions, every week

Friends asked how. Then friends of friends. What do I charge? What’s a hook? Why did the brand stop replying? The answers were scattered across a thousand videos, most of them selling something else. Nobody explained the job from start to finish.

  3. An instructor and a student reviewing a vertical video together on a laptop

So we built the course we wished we’d had

Five programs, in the order you actually need them, taught by creators and editors who do this work today. And because watching isn’t the same as doing, you can add real feedback on your own videos — from the same people who teach the lessons.

Why Homegrown

Why creators choose to learn with us

  • Taught by people who get booked

Every instructor makes or books paid UGC today. You learn what brands are buying now, not what worked three algorithms ago.

  • A phone and a window are enough

No camera, no studio, no paid software and no following. If your phone is from the last few years, you can do every lesson.

  • Feedback on your own work

Add personal video feedback, a portfolio review or a 1:1 call to any program, and get real eyes on what you make.

  • A person, not a checkout

There’s no payment online: you send a request and we get in touch to set you up — with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
